Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 5–10 business days before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. For lost packages, we’ll assist in resolving the issue with the courier, but MIRŌ is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
